Job Summary:
The Field Technician II will inspect, test, and maintain High, Medium, and Low electrical power equipment. Technicians will work with electrical equipment, specifically Solar Inverters, oil-filled transformers, and general Solar Equipment.
Commissions, troubleshoots, repairs, and analyzes utility inverters in the field, via email, telephone, and site visits.
Develop a detailed knowledge of utility inverter products and associated manufactured accessories.
Maintain an Inventory and tool count for spare parts for maintenance.
Regularly work with High Voltage DC Electricity, 3-phase power, Transformer Oil, Mechanical tools, and all relevant software and firmware for inverters.
Maintain a High level of customer satisfaction and communication both written and verbal
Perform detailed maintenance activities in strict accordance with manufacturer maintenance and installation manuals.
