Position: Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Purpose: As a Revenue Cycle Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will involve implementing and monitoring administrative systems and procedures, contributing to the smooth flow of operations within our organization.

• Perform data entry tasks including time sheets and billing information.
• Generate and review reports to track financial data and performance metrics.
• Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and promptly.
• Manage job records within the accounting program.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks efficiently.
• Provide support to technicians based in the office.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports.
• Arrange travel arrangements as required.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Review and document expenses accurately using Concur.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly grasp new accounting software systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
